In February 2015, my 2 year old autistic son and I had been hit head on by another driver. That was the first time my son and i had ever been in a car accident so for the both of us it was a very frightening, traumatic, and misfortunate experience. Luckily me and my son walked away from the accident but not even hours after it hit me! After seeking medical care numerous times i had bills and debt collectors calling and i knew than i needed help. I made one call and that was really it!!! I had someone at my house less than 24 hours after i made that one call and still to this day i can honestly say that I made the best decision by calling Craig Swapp and Associates!! They took care of me 150% and there was never a moment I felt confused or left out of decisions. They always made sure to check up on me and my family and they would make sure i was comfortable with a situation before they would proceed. Craig Swapp and Associates got me what i deserved, so from the bottom of my heart.....THANK YOU!!!

Paul and Emily have been fantastic. They are very good at answering all of my questions no matter how small. They have also stayed in touch with me throughout this process. I have already recommended Craig Swapp &Associates to a co worker and she is also very satisfied.

Everyone has been very nice and concerned for us. We don't feel shuffled into the system. Our attorney and his assistant are on the ball and always willing to take the extra step to make it easier for my daughter and I. I always understand what is happening and our questions are always answered promptly. They are always ready to go the extra mile.
