My son was a passenger in a serious car accident September 23, 2023. We hired Craig Swapp in Oct and they handled the case with expertise. Kendra Price was our contact and she was on Top of everything. I loved communication thru text messaging and email. Kendra always answered promptly any of my questions and handled all the paperwork through the hospital. There was no way I could have managed all this and take care of my son for the last 8 months. My son still needs future medical treatments and she was able to negotiate with the insurance companies to pay for his future bills even after his settlement. It was a very professional treatment and Blanca and Andrew were amazing, they did a very good job solving our case.

I received a much larger award than discussed after my settlement package went out. That was a very pleasant surprise. The other big surprise was that the medical portion of my case was negotiated down. The PIP reimbursement was less than paid out and the emergency room bill was paid back to medicare after medicare forced the hospital to less than half of what was billed. This resulted in another $8,000-$9,000 in my pocket! The only reason I gave Swapp 4 stars is because the communication on how these settlement portions worked, especially the medical portion, could have been communicated better to me in the beginning. Otherwise, the firm really knows what they are doing in the negotiation portion of the case. They are totally on top of keeping good records in the file and knowing what expenses need to be paid before giving the client the general damage figure in their case.
