I have been a client of Lexington Law Firm on and off for over 10 years, and while I appreciated their services in the past, my recent experience has been highly disappointing. For nearly two years now, my account has seen no significant movement, despite my consistent complaints every 2-3 months. Every time I reach out, I’m told that the lack of progress is due to changes in TransUnion and Equifax’s policies this year. However, that doesn’t explain why my account was stagnant before these changes were made. It feels as though I’ve been paying for services without receiving any real work or results. I trusted Lexington Law Firm to help improve my credit, but it’s become clear that little to no effort has been made on my account for a significant period. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend their services based on my experience.

Whats happened to the Lexington Law i used to know??? Did you guys change management or something? I used to be your client several years ago. I got exceptional services. My emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner. I want your services again but I can't get hold of anybody. I wrote an email a week ago but I haven't gotten any replies. Please wake up guys and do your job.

Since contracting with this company in August 2020, I must honestly say it has been an uphill struggle to get definite answers and specific results desired. Only after today's conversation (12/14/2020) was I able to get the desired resolve, for all the efforts, from one paralegal {Katina}. She answered questions in a very short conversation that in nearly 5 months, no one else was able to address. This contact conversation, on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best, was definitely a 5+⭐+... All of my other contacts and communications, except one with Sean, who was a 5-⭐, were at the 2-⭐ level. If all communications with this company were at the level of Katina and Sean, my wife and I would have been extremely satisfied from day one instead of nearly 5 months later.

website is not consumer friendly. I get an e mail about a credit change but can not find it on the site. It seems attorneys wrote or designed the website, and coming from 4 generations of attorneys, they are not good writers. (I am not one).

DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS - We will be suing them for Malpractice, which we do not want to do, however they are awful attorneys. Stay tuned for updates. Read below for a small taste of Todd Wilers and C&J's Incompetence. The best part is we will win! Todd has no excuse why he screwed up so badly, other than he is incompetent, much like this law firm. If you want to win your case, use someone else. I am surprised C&J has not thanked me for my review, like they have for others. What a shame. I'm surprised to see anyone say something good about Todd's representation. The dude is not very good at his job. He is unorganized, for starters. Todd gave us legal advice on how a bond works, and when we went to get one, we discovered he doesn't know how it works. So what does Christensen and Jensen do, they make him a partner. Good Grief. They promote a lawyer who does not understand how the law works, or keep up with the changes of the laws. If you want quality representation, this is not the law firm to use. And do yourself a favor, never use Todd Weiler. My wife was looking back at emails from Todd this weekend and she found this gem, Todd didn't have time to contact DOPL before our case and ask them to testify on our behalf. The case Todd represented us on involved an unlicensed electrician who was suing us. Todd did not have time to do his job properly. Think about that before you use him. This cost us ton of money. But hey, it doesn't come out of Todd's pocket. DO NOT USE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I was going to detract my negative review but then his company is frustrating beyond belief. Keep flipping out my information, o can’t log in. I can’t lost a password. They will be pirated by the wire fraud scammers attacking srs. Only my phones and email are encrypted and safe. Tried to leave a message to the advertised paralegal and a voice talked over me requiring a password over and over . Tried to reply to their email. Not possible either. 0 communication available for identity theft victims and disabled people.looks good on the outside.

Absolutely AMAZING law firm. Seriously, I’m not kidding if you find your self needing any kind of help from a lawyer this is the firm to use. Specifically Karra, Ashlee and Tanner. I first needed them for a civil case against a law enforcement agency which they were amazing with. Then I unfortunately needed their assistance for a DWI charge for prescription medication that I hadn’t even taken that day. I was being railroaded (in my opinion because of my civil lawsuit) and initially was coerced into pleading guilty with a public defender. Knowing I was 100 percent innocent I reached out again to this firm and retained them. They were able to get my guilty plea withdrawn which in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. Then we went to a jury trial. And this is where Michael Tanner shined. Trial started at 0830 AM and Jury came back with NOT guilty verdict at 11 PM that night. While my mom was waiting outside the courtroom until it was here turn to testify, she heard the officers exclaim “they brought out the big guns for this” and boy were they correct. I felt like I was finally heard for the first time in 1.5 years and was given amazing representation. Tanner didn’t leave my side for the entire trial from 0830 AM to 1130 PM, not even to eat and defended me vigorously with amazing legal arguments that left me seriously impressed. The next day they sent me flowers congratulating me on the win in court which is something I’ve never heard a law firm do before. Trust me on this when I tell you there is a lot corruption

I have been a customer for four years now and I appreciate everything that they support and assisted me in. My score was jack a little but Lexington Law changed it all by helping me with debt creditors and collection companies🙏🏾❤️
