I used LL after a long bad run of financial issues leading me to credit "flat-line". I started out with them with a FICO score around 540 and after two years I was back up and running with a FICO nearing 720. Month after month I continuously seen credit score improvements as well as watching stuff fall off my report. I was consistently updated through Email on what was going on. Why only three stars if they were so good you ask? It is a great service, however, I felt as if it could have taken place in a faster rate. At times I felt as if I was getting "nickle and dimed" just to keep my account open. Think of it like they didn't want to repair my credit to fast, that they wouldn't make enough money off of me. So yes, I felt they kept it at times at a pace they could get more out of me. In the end, if I ever need their service again (I hope not, but stuff happens) I wont hesitate to utilize their services even if I limit the time frame in which they get my money.

GO TO HELL LEXINGTON LAW!!! THEY ALL ABOUT TAKING YOU MONEY NO MATTER WHAT. THESE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR CREDIT OR LIFE! WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I love the people huge help but when you call the wait time are terrible literally to ask something simple that I can't fix on my account I wait 45 min to an hour Everytime.They need a bigger staff last thing people wanna do is be on hold that long

Glancing at some of the reports, I think there is confusion on what this site is for. I had collectors comming after me for money I didn't owe or a few that would not let me pay them. They did amazing on fixing this! The have great customer service and I greatly recommend them over a traditional lawyer if you cannot afford lawyer fees. Do NOT use this for debt you owe and just want to get out of, you need a real lawyer for that I would assume

Nothing but crooks I cancelled with them and they still went into my account and took out 65.00 never again they will steal from you any way they can.

Big mistake. 35 min just to talk to someone and get a pissy attitude. Every time I called there was a minimum of 30 min wait. They gave me a plan that I didn't need.

I do not know what happened. 8 years ago when I used Lexington Law they were AWSOME!!! They removed 19 items in a 6 month time frame. I have hired and cancelled with them 3 times since hoping to get the same experiance as the first one. This final time sealed the deal with every letter they sent to creditors coming back to my personal address. I read the letters and they are so generic, misspelled words, I mean if I was a creditor I would be shocked that this isnt just some guy sending letters. Its hard to reach anyone, they charge a lot but do little and they are not even a law firm nor are their reps paralegals. In fact I think the reason they suck so bad lately is because they outsourced to foreigners. They need to do some soul searching and go back to what they once were because now they are trash... I went with a different agency and hopefully I can get better results.

My experience with Lexington Law has been nothing short of life changing. In six month I went from not being able to get a credit card to getting one with a very high limit and I qualified for a great mortgage with a superior rate. Lexington did all of the leg work with my creditors and credit reporting agencies with little effort from me. They were always professional and supported me through every step of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this service. I will continue to use them to keep my reports on track and monitor for any fraud.

They are some ripped offs I payed $134 and they never did anything for me and I cancelled my order with them and they still charged and overdraft my account...I DNT recommend them thirty blood suckers.... Please pplz DNT give them your time or money cause they will not refund what they took either...I didn't even give not 1 🌟..It's automatically making me give them this star they damn sure DNT deserve
