They got me from a 428 to 710 credit score. I couldn't have done that by myself! They are worth every penny! Highly recommend this firm!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They will tell you what you want to hear in the beginning when signing up but they don't take action. Have had them for 4 months and have not had ONE ITEM removed. Cancelled my service.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Although they can get things off your credit, it's not worth dealing with dishonest people. My husband started first and they said if I signed up I would get a $50.00 discount. The man said NOTHINGGGG about it would be a ONE TIME charge of $50.00 and $100.00 thereafter. I looked at my bank account like huh? Must be a mistake. Called them and Monica acted like there's nothing that can be done bc it's "in the notes" that he told me it was a one time charge. So I told her pull the call and see for yourself. Waiting on that email back about it in "1-3 business days". This happened today. I told them to cancel my account. Don't wana deal with dishonest people and my husband cancelled his right along with me. DISHONESTY WILL CASUSE YOU TO LOSE BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!

From what I've noticed after 4 months they show items as being removed but when I pulled my own credit report they were still on there.

One month into my membership with them and they have already removed 5 items. I am paying for the premier membership which is costly but 5 removals and a 40 point increase in my score is well worth the cost so far.

The only thing they did while I was paying them is email me to set up a case valet which I did several times

If you sincerely want to significantly improve your credit score use this service. Subscribed to the service based upon a great experience a good friend had using them. We both went through bad divorces, anyway, this doesn't happen overnight but well worth the investment as the end result is lower interest rates and greater opportunities, don't listen to the negatives, very reputable company with real results.

I haven't signed up for the service, and not sure I want to either. I don't like being badgered and I don't like when I what I'm saying isn't being heard. I felt like half the time I was answering their questions they weren't really listening. There were long pauses after I answered a question. Then when I tell them that I don't have the money to get started today, the first one wanted me to call my relatives for it. I had to keep telling him I'll call you back when I'm ready to start. Then today I get another call and this was is more pushy. He wanted to put the start up charges on my already maxed out credit card. How is that helping me clean up my credit? Also something else was fishy, I was always told if they want you to get a prepaid card that it's a scam. That's what the guy wanted me to do was get a prepaid card. So I'm not sure if I will be using this company. I already feel like I can clean up my credit myself. I know it will take longer, but at least I won't be getting ripped off. I'm happy for those of you, who got the help you needed. Thank you to those who didn't have a good experience for sharing. I'm sorry you went through what you did. But it helped me make a better decision for myself. Good luck to those who decide to try this company.
