We had a family member who got into some trouble and we wanted to do the best for him. We randomly chose Tawni Bugden from Overson & Bugden. We were so worried and wanted to make sure we got the best help. Tawni offered to meet with us at her office on a Sunday afternoon, and spent over one hour addressing our concerns and answered questions. This was before we even paid her. After that we were convinced she would be an awesome lawyer for us…. And we were right. Tawni is very kind and non judgemental. She is honest and responded quickly to all our concerns. She kept us updated on the progress of our case. We know she did her best to help us thru a very difficult time. The outcome was very successful as well!

Tawni knows her stuff and was very comfortable in court. She demonstrated deep commitment to my situation prior to ever receiving money. She communicated clearly and openly with me and even helped to calm me down. She was direct with me about the limitations in the system, which informed me of all the potential outcomes; this helped prepare me for whatever may happen. Additionally, she remained positive and hopeful and sought after the best outcome possible. If we emailed, called, or texted she got back to us in a reasonable time usually immediately. To see her in court was amazing. Highly recommend, my public defender was telling me to plead to 2 first degree felonys as it was the "best deal i could get" and almost immediately after i hired rudy the prosecutor started reaching out and trying to negotiate much more reasonable deals. He got me released after 3 court dates while i was incarcerated and held without bail. Knows what he is talking about and looks out for your best interest.

Tawni was so incredible. A family member was wrongly accused of something and we hired this company and I worked with Tawni the whole time. She was always available to talk whenever I would text her or call. She would answer my questions and also just be a listening ear during a hard season. She never got my hopes up and was always realistic. She would say best + worst case and what to expect. Everything was resolved and I don’t think we could have done it without her. Seriously she’s amazing.

He lacks morals and integrity. My family has had the worst experience dealing with him. Not to mention his is unprofessional when it comes to conflict of interest.

He does not even deserve one star! Worst representation and follow up I have ever seen in my entire life! He is quick to take your money and then ghosts you and does not do his job! Did not earn the money he took! He owes my parents their money back! DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!

If you will notice there’s either 5 stars or 1 stars for this attorney. That means there is no in between with him he gives it to you real period. He isn’t going to tell you what you want to hear but he does know his law he isn’t going to let you plead out on a case he knows he can beat! My husband had faith in this man’s skills since day one they talked about it and that was the plan every time the prosecutor came with a better deal I begged my husband please sign , and I am glad he did not listen to me! Case dismissed! This isn’t a lawyer that’s going to take your money and tell you what you want to hear , but if he takes your case feel grateful to have an attorney that knows his stuff and will go to bat for you , he doesn’t take every case that comes across his desk either and that google star review isn’t accurate he is a 10 star attorney read the reviews yourself all the one stars expected him to turn water to wine. We all value time or we should.value this attorney’s time as well. If he accepts your case know you got a real one that won’t back down to your rights being violated and will go hard to have justice served .

Darwin Overson did his best it wasn’t dropped and I wish it could Have been but Some day if I return I will have him see if he can get it forgiven because the person that did this framed him and many others and got away with it . But I do believe Darwin will definitely help us when the time is right
