He will always win just listen to his words of wisdom don’t go off other people review he help me and my family a lot and beat all are case with time when he show up he wins the case . Mr. Bautista's behavior does NOT reflect that he handles each case from the onset for trial. In fact, my boyfriend has been incarcerated for almost 4 years waiting on his day in court, and no one EVER heard from Rudy after he was retained - not his client, not his girlfriend, not his parents - no one. We waited months for the first trial date, only to have one of Rudy's lackeys show up and delay it over, and over, and over again without even notifying us. It has been utterly heartbreaking. Rudy's delays have added an extra year to my sweetheart's incarceration. "Diligent and aggressive representation from the onset IS fundamental to obtaining the best results," but unfortunately Mr Bautista seems unwilling to provide this type of representation. He stacks his clients so deep that he can't hope to represent them all in a timely manner. Word on the street is his clients are fleeing in droves, even those down on murder raps. Rudy's behavior is extremely unethical, and has caused us all a great deal of heartache. Do not hire this man unless you have years of your life to waste.

Mr. Bautista is one of the worst lawyers I’ve ever experienced! My uncle is locked up for an added year because he said he could get out of jail before actual trial which was on Halloween and now we are booked for another trial date in MARCH! If he doesn’t show up to this trial date, we are looking till next August or even longer because of his lack of professionalism. I have cried OVER AND OVER of the fact that I have to witness my uncles date being pushed back MORE AND MORE and it seems that Mr. Bautista can’t commit to a date he’s placed over 3 times now! I’m very disappointed that you made a promise and left my uncle alone and won’t talk to him let alone my grandparents paying you so much money just for you to not keep your promises. You should’ve stated that you have so many covid eras cases from 2019 in the beginning so we didn’t waste money on someone who never owned up to not attending pre-trials or organizing anything!!! If we had known you had so many cases we would’ve been aware that you wouldn’t have time and now because of you, you made my uncle more depressed and just wanting to plea to something he didn’t do.

Darwin is a great Attorney! My family and I were dealing with a false allegation and Darwin represented my brother for the full 3 and half years this was going on. He was able to get my brother acquitted of all charges so now he can go live his life. Thanks to Darwin and Tawni! We couldn’t have done it without you!

Darwin and Tawnie are amazing. They gave us our life back. Very easy to work with and THE BEST in the business! We were very informed and I would trust them with my life. Do yourself a favor and have these guys as your attorney’s! Their level of professionalism is unmatched. They make you feel like family for sure! Rudy Bautista is by far the worst ever. He takes clients money, never vists them, keeps them locked up for years with no visits. Hs is will under staffed, never answer his company phone nor his. My cousin is locked up with multiple people who he’s has also accepted money from and they have been locked up for years with no contact from him. Doesn’t communicate back with family members when they leave voicemails. When I try to stop by his office him or his team is never in the office he is by far the worst lawyer I have worked with. I just want the best for my cousin and others and it seems like I am not receiving the help.
