When you need a attorney you need the best! I was lucky when I met with Scott Wiser my case was not easy for any attorney I was very happy with Scotts style hes aggressive but knows what he is doing from my personal experience i would recomend Scott Wiser any day if you want the best !!

We were at a horrible time in our life my daughter and I.To make a long story short mom and i were never married . mom and i were together for 9 years. mom walked away leaving the two of us .a single father and a 1year old daughter .while mom coming in and out of our life's for 6and a half years making mere token efforts. My wife now had come into our lifes when my daughter was 2 1/2 years old after i served the mother to release her rights finding out i was never on the birth certificate and after allocation from the mother that i wasn't even the father and several DNA because i couldn't believe it finding out i wasn't the father. I had less than a 1% chance of ever getting custody of my child that i raised from birth. Their has never been a none biological father any were in any states that had won custody that we could reference back to we were against storm and in the worse shoes possible .now needing an attorney that could handle this very difficult case. I had meet with many and i mean many Attorneys .I had prayed to God until until i was sick and then i meet Scott and Mark Wiser and from the very first meeting and the way that Scott carried himself it just felt right .I felt that i could trust this man and i felt after meeting him again that their was one thing for sure that he was a straight shooter and that he would never lie to me . he was so honest with what i was up against i remaind sick for the next three years of battle in the courts with the mother . My family thanks God ever day for Scott Wiser and his team i had to adopt my daughter as well as my wife we have full 100 %custody of our child we are finally whole as a family and could have never Done this without Scott i searched this state up one side and down the other for Scott and im sure their are many Great Attorneys out their But scott was the one for us .Scott has remained in contact and has become a very big part of our family i would recommend Scott wiser to every one when one is in this situation it can be very horrible and their is no room for error the court are very very hard its almost like you have one shot scott is very well aware and very experienced Thank you Scott for being you and every thing that you do thank you thank you and May your family Have all the many blessings that you have given to ours sincerely and very greatful. Scott did an incredible job as my attorney in a contentions parent time conflict, which also gave rise to a criminal matter that they handled for me as well. I've used other family law attorneys before and Wiser Law really stands out above all of them. These guys are just smarter, more professional and more effective than anyone else I've used. I would never consider using any other attorney in a family law matter in Utah after using Scott.

Horrible attorneys. We were on a time crunch to file an appeal. I told them to send a cash settlement offer to pay her dismiss the case. Without reviewing the change with me they sent a segment offer to her saying I'd merely pay her attorney fees. I was offering more than her attorney fees. They knew there wouldn't be enough time to send a correct settlement offer. After they sent it I asked why they changed it. Here the kicker, they blatantly lied to me. They said that offering to merely pay her attorney fees was to protect me from witness tampering. This was a civil case and all settlement offers in civil cases are inadmissible.

Excellent attorneys that really know Family Law. I was impressed with their court filings and level of legal analytical writing. I felt their fees were very reasonable especially for the expert legal advice. I highly recommend them.
