I've been working with Mark Wiser since my divorce more than three years ago. He is Amazing! His son is also great! They are so knowledgeable, and I feel like they know almost everyone that works with any level of divorce in the area! I always know I am getting the best advice when I talk with them. They are also so kind to be careful of our time. They are excellent at tracking time and making sure their number of hours are more than reasonable. I also really appreciate their abilities to project costs for different courses of action, before we move forward. It has been such a comfort to have them in my corner! I highly recommend them to anyone needing family law services! I honestly cannot say enough good about them.

I had a very messy case that required a lot of attention. Mark and Scott provided great counsel during my divorce and were able to get me and my daughter a very fair outcome. They were always available to provide advice for questions/concerns/updates whether it was via email or phone. I never had any issues getting in touch with either of them and I feel they gave my case plenty of attention.

They were very good with keeping us in the loop, and ensuring we understood everything going on. Our hearing date came while Mr Wiser was on a family vacation, but he still managed to show up and help get the adoption finalized. We were very fortunate that a good friend recommended them to us. Sucks to need a divorce lawyer but oh well. Wider and Wiser specialize in going to trial. With my divorce I wanted to avoid that. Drafting the decree I had to double-check Scott's work and ensure he specified a date for back-pay in child support. For $300/hr I do expect quite a bit more care and detail. I'm giving a 2 because Scott did follow up with the opposing counsel continuously over the course of several months.
