I was involved in a multi-state civil case that no other attorney was willing to take on. It revolved around my status as a member of the military who resided in one state while maintaining a domicile in another. Mark Wiser took my case on and immediately saw the flaw and the lack of any specific law that would protect me and any other service member who may face the same situation. Scott, who was attending law school at the time, put a tremendous amount of effort into my case, associating various other cases that might help our own. After many appeals, the last being at the state appellate level, we finally won our case after 5 years (just google "Utah Lilly vs Lilly"). Words cannot express how thankful Me and my family are to Mark and Scott for their dedication and belief from that very first day. Seeking out the right attorney can be a very stressful task, but these guys will NOT sugarcoat anything in an attempt to take your money. They'll be brutally honest with you and, when it comes to your chances in a court of law, TRUST ME, you NEED that.
