It is too daunting for me the go into the details of the case..but Shantelle went above and before for me...advise,understanding and knows her work. This is not about the money for her.....it's about justice and believing in her clients in order to represent thier best interest. I am a very grateful mother...thank you

Shantelle helped me through my case with great communication, at an amazing price. She was nonjudgmental, explained things thoroughly, and I always felt like she was on my side and would work hard for me to get me the best deal. She and her colleagues are pure genius and nothing but humanitarian for providing this level of service at a sliding scale for those middle class who cannot afford high lawyer fees. I do to this day recommended Shantelle to any one who might ask me about a lawyer. I was falsely (I know I know) charged but didn't have money to hire a lawyer could not be appointed one by the court, the DA dropped the charges down to an infraction which means no possibility of jail time there for they will not allow me a public defender, I was given Shantelle's information and gave her a call. She was very friendly, and made sure I understood everything before I agreed or signed anything, she worked with me on payments and best of all She got the charged dismissed! I will continue to recommend her services to people.

Shantelle Argyle at Open Legal Services is a life saver!! I was referred to her by the court clerk because I was in desperate need of legal help for my 16 year old son's custody battle. I was working the case on my own because we just simply could not afford regular attorney rates or the retainer to hire one, and we made too much money to be able to qualify for any pro bono help. I was stressed out beyond belief and help was no where to be found! Then Shantelle swooped in and saved the day! She's an amazing attorney who is in it to actually help people and not just to make a ton of money.
