The attorney we hired at this firm was very expensive, condescending, rude and made things so hard to understand. We fired him and went with another firm to deal with our estate after only getting appointed personal representative for $15,000 with so much left to do that we weren’t even told we had to do.

I've worked with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals from this law firm for nearly 20 years. This is a law firm that is well respected in the legal community.

After a misunderstanding and multiple errors on behalf of a hospital billing department, I ended up having the terrible misfortune of interacting with Strong and Hanni via Ben Thomas and his assistant, Joani Pearson. After Joani failed to keep her word in returning my phone call and investigating the issue, I became frustrated at the incompetence and unprofessional service being rendered. I expressed this frustration in a professional way to both Joani and Ben and I believe my complaint was met with hostility and a lack of sympathy. After the initial suit was dismissed, the hospital again contacted Strong and Hanni. Ben failed to investigate the issue and instead threatened a lawsuit. In that phone conversation I felt that he was extremely condescending and impolite. He also dishonestly told me that the hospital wouldn't speak with me and that all communications were to be made through him. I'm glad I didn't believe him because after I personally communicated with the hospital again, they cleared everything up. In summary, I was extremely unimpressed with the unprofessional behavior of both Ben Thomas and Joani Pearson and would never consider them or any of their associates for any legal services.
