John has been extremely helpful. As our attorney concerning the car accident we were involved in. He and his staff were very polite and courteous in explaining our accident situation, answering all our questions, and telling us from the very beginning how the system works and gave us an estimated value on our case. He and his staff were very helpful in every way. Our current insurance company didn't want to comply with us on a rental car and in other matters as well, took a number of months to get our car repaired. Our car rental insurance elapsed, then John and his firm took over and got us a much nicer rental car. Because of my back injuries, my car insurance company did not furnish an adequate car for me to get in and get out. John was very helpful and professional to get the second rental car that I wanted. John took care of all and any problems that we aquired during our waiting period. He was recommended to me by my daughter's friend which had been in a car accident also. She spoke very highly of John and his staff. We were pleased to take her advice and hire John. He made our life much easier and bearable during the waiting period and medical period. I would recommend him to anyone who can use his services because he is the best.
