Agende una cita en la oficina de Barbara Melendez y me atendio la abogada Christina. Me cobro $250 por la consulta. me dijo q tenia un caso muy bueno y q Ella estaba dispuesta ah ayudarme, me dio muchas iluciones pero cuando le mande todos mis documentos y le llame para preguntar si los avia recibido, me dijo q si. Que Ella me regresaria la llamada despues porqe estaba ocupada. Nunca mas regreso la llamada, yo la llamaba una vez por semana y nunca me contestaba un dia pude localizar a Barbara Melendez. Y me dijo q Ella no podia hacer nada por mi q le siguiera llamando a su otra abogada. Y q el dinero no me lo podia regresar. Son ratas con traje!!!

Zachary Meyers represented me after a dispute with a roofing company that sent me a demand letter including costs for repairs they never did. It was a very stressful situation for me as I have never had any legal issues and did not know how to handle the situation myself. Zachary took care of it. I told him what I was willing to pay for the services the company did perform, and he negotiated a price well below that. Afterwards the company also volunteered to redo the repairs to make it right. You can tell that Zachary is very sharp and good at his job. I definitely recommend working with him.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Zach Myers recently after a previous landlord attempted to charge a large fee for repairs and improvements to the property after I moved out. Within just a few days of contacting Mr. Myers, we settled with the landlord for an amount about 10% of what was originally demanded. Mr. Myers was professional, thorough, friendly and, most importantly, extremely effective. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Being a business owner I have hired a great deal of attorneys. Michael Hepworth and his staff, by far, have been the least experienced I have ever dealt with. They do not know commercial law and I was misrepresented on numerous occasions. Michael Hepworth advised me to pursue law suite based on residential law. It was a commercial building and thus falls under commercial law. In return, I was sued by the landlord because Michael Hepworth and his staff did not know commercial law and incorrectly advised me. I am in the process of reporting his team to the Utah Bar. Due to this lack of knowledge, Michael is still making payments to the commercial landlord. I would not trust him to handle your case. His lack of experience will cost you lots of money and stress. You will end up in court because of this inexperience and possibly sued. In addition he makes promises and then forgets prior agreements. I would record everysingle conversation you have with him. His team is also not aggressive AT ALL. The whole point of hiring an attorney is to put certain business matters in the experts hands to ensure follow through and due diligence. Do not expect this with Michael Hepworth's team. On numerous occasions they missed deadlines and it cost me thousands. I can not stress this enough...pursue other avenues. Very inexperienced and unprofessional team.

I was completely blindsided by a legal issue that came out of nowhere with an insane demand for a large sum of money. This issue was keeping me up at night but the second I hired Zachary Myers as my attorney, I had a sense of assurance that it was going to work out. Zachary's work couldn't have been quicker and more impressive, I hired him Thursday evening and by Monday morning I had reached a settlement for about 6% of the original demand. We went to them for assistance in defending against an unlawful eviction and an attempt by an unscrupulous commercial landlord to sue US for $150,000 because of his fraud. After a full year of fighting, WE WON and our former landlord had to pay our attorney fees and our expenses... This attorneys of this firm are consummate professionals who take the time to LISTEN, research, and learn.
