My Husband and I hired Brett Hastings to help us navigate a difficult settling of a family estate. We encountered the need to obtain a guardian/conservator for my mother-in-law, determining which will was valid, changing trustees on the agreed upon will, a defamation threat, undue influence and the selling of a property holding which resulted from the settlement of the estate settlement. This was difficult, emotionally charged family situation. Mr. Hastings resolved every conflict to our satisfaction. He is the consummate professional. Brett Hastings has a through understanding of the law and works very well with people. You can trust him to handle your legal issues. I would use him again and won't hesitate to refer others to him.

Brett helped us settle my mothers estate. He helped my business keep a $100,000 earnest money where the buyer backed out of a purchase. Brett helped me resolve stress with a family member always threatening to sue us. Mr. Hasting evaluated several very important situation's with regards to estate settlement, our business operations, dealings with a sale of our business and dealing with partners in the business and disgruntled family members. In each case he determined our exposure (which was in the millions) to each situation and each adversary and opportunity correctly. And in every case we came out way ahead of the game financially and with peace and final settlement. For now and the future end of story.
