This was my first day talking to them, but Ginny so far has been helpful and I appreciate her getting back to me so fast. I'll update my review as I go through the process to let others know how it goes.

This law firm's persistent staffing issues have resulted in a frustrating experience for me. Over the course of five months, my case was assigned to three different attorneys, which led to inconsistency in advice and hindered progress. The third attorney struggled to pick up where the second one left off, and my issue remained unresolved. When I attempted to escalate the matter, a staff member candidly admitted they lacked the capacity to familiarize themselves with my case, even though it had been with their firm for five months. Consequently, they made the decision not to work on my case any longer. The firm's inability to retain staff greatly impacted the quality of service provided.

The initial contact with Stephanie went very well and she assured us that the law firm is quite capable of winning our type of vehicle accident case. We're excited and hopeful of a great outcome. We feel passionate about getting the attention of the school district that the bus driver works for. This person should not be allowed to transport children. Our children should be in the hands of caring people.
