Read below for a small taste of Todd Wilers and C&J's Incompetence. The best part is we will win! Todd has no excuse why he screwed up so badly, other than he is incompetent, much like this law firm. If you want to win your case, use someone else. I am surprised C&J has not thanked me for my review, like they have for others. What a shame. I'm surprised to see anyone say something good about Todd's representation. The dude is not very good at his job. He is unorganized, for starters. Todd gave us legal advice on how a bond works, and when we went to get one, we discovered he doesn't know how it works. So what does Christensen and Jensen do, they make him a partner. Good Grief. They promote a lawyer who does not understand how the law works, or keep up with the changes of the laws. If you want quality representation, this is not the law firm to use. And do yourself a favor, never use Todd Weiler. My wife was looking back at emails from Todd this weekend and she found this gem, Todd didn't have time to contact DOPL before our case and ask them to testify on our behalf. The case Todd represented us on involved an unlicensed electrician who was suing us. Todd did not have time to do his job properly. Think about that before you use him. This cost us ton of money. But hey, it doesn't come out of Todd's pocket. DO NOT USE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Absolutely AMAZING law firm. Seriously, I’m not kidding if you find your self needing any kind of help from a lawyer this is the firm to use. Specifically Karra, Ashlee and Tanner. I first needed them for a civil case against a law enforcement agency which they were amazing with. Then I unfortunately needed their assistance for a DWI charge for prescription medication that I hadn’t even taken that day. I was being railroaded (in my opinion because of my civil lawsuit) and initially was coerced into pleading guilty with a public defender. Knowing I was 100 percent innocent I reached out again to this firm and retained them. They were able to get my guilty plea withdrawn which in and of itself is a huge accomplishment. Then we went to a jury trial. And this is where Michael Tanner shined. Trial started at 0830 AM and Jury came back with NOT guilty verdict at 11 PM that night. While my mom was waiting outside the courtroom until it was here turn to testify, she heard the officers exclaim “they brought out the big guns for this” and boy were they correct. I felt like I was finally heard for the first time in 1.5 years and was given amazing representation. Tanner didn’t leave my side for the entire trial from 0830 AM to 1130 PM, not even to eat and defended me vigorously with amazing legal arguments that left me seriously impressed. The next day they sent me flowers congratulating me on the win in court which is something I’ve never heard a law firm do before. Trust me on this when I tell you there is a lot corruption

Best place for good Attorney's that are actually dedicated to helping you. Most Attorneys will try to get you to take offers and not try to fight for your innocents. These guys worked hard on my 2 open cases that were 4 years old! We were in and out of court with all parties happy with the outcome. I've never had an Attorney feel so much on my side. I felt heard, cared about, and like I was in good hands the whole time. This was the best outcome possible and I am super greatful to everyone for helping me close this final chapter of my old life.

I worked with Kevin Tanner through my employer's legal insurance program. I reached out to him for a consultation on a car accident settlement with an insurance company. In just 30 minutes, he gave me valuable advice that enabled me me settle the claim for a very fair payment from the insurance company. He was also very honest in his recommendations and did not try to upsell me on expensive services I didn't need for my situation.

Attorney Karra Porter said she would send a gramma request to get a 911 call and other police records for our family. After a month or two I called back to follow up and her paralegal stated that they had forgot to do it due to a family emergency but that they would definitely still do it. After another month or so I called back to see if there were any updates and was not called back. Over a period of close to 4-6 months they have not returned my phone calls or voicemails. At one point the receptionist told me that Karra would call me back the next day and she did not. If they were not interested or willing to look into this I would have found another attorney. But both Karra and her paralegal said they would do this for me and they did not; or if they have done it they have not given me any updates. Due to this delay we have now passed the 1 year mark of my family member’s passing and may not be able to hold the city accountable if there was in fact any neglect of duty. I believed that Karra was sincere in her willingness to help out my family but due to either her failure to act or failure to inform us of any actions taken, she has done our family more harm than if she would have simply declined.

Tanner Lenart did an outstanding Job in representing us to get our Liquor License for our new business on time and a 100% completed. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Very professional and very timely in all matters.
