Stay clear of these guys. Nix Had no idea why we were in court. Unprepared with no understanding of case history and was aggressive and threatening towards me when attempting to correct his erronous information. Update: The case was not dismissed as the attorney claims below in replying to this review. The case was closed. A significant difference in terms of seeking damages and holding others accountable for causing harm. This law firm believed we were in court for a parole violation when I've never been to prison. Never committed a felony. The law firm simply did not give due diligence to a significant case that has federal civil rights implications for all Utahns... Above all that, the attorney was late to court. Tell no lies
