Kyler is not only a excellent lawyer but he is also very personable as well. From the time contacting him, up to the court date and there after he answered any and all my questions very promptly. He explained them in way that someone not familiar with legal jargon could understand. There was never a time that he was unavailable for me to contact him with my concerns. Hopefully I don't have to hire a lawyer again but if so I'm going to be calling Kyler.

I was being charged with one 3rd Degree Felony, and one Class A misdemeanor. I had used Mr. Ovard before for a DUI case, based on my experience during the DUI case, there was no question as to who I wanted representing me for the felony/misdemeanor case.
