John knows his stuff and works very well with those who are new to all of this. I felt comfortable with him through the whole process and he was very responsive to my needs. John is about the nicest guy I've met and Ashley, the assistant, was absolutely amazing!! She was clear, knowledgeable and very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable and even more importantly, I was confident in her and John's ability to get me what I deserved. I've been in customer service 15 years and it's very rare to find people this great to work with! This was my first time needing a personal injury attorney and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with TJ Auto.

I would never recommand tj auto law to anyone. I got into a accident back in november and his assistant is rude and treats me like im stupid or uses words that i cant or dont get. Im sorry im a little impatient but this has affected my life in alot of ways.
Glad i am in the service industry and can let people know..
Mind you this was my first accident so yea i ask lot of questions but you also get 30% of my settlement.... So be kind
John on the other hand is a very sweet man and has called me just to make sure everything was ok.

These guys were so great to work with. They took a huge load off my plate by being the ones to deal with all my medical bills, and take all the calls from the hospital, etc. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has dealt with injury in an auto accident.

I was refered to TJ auto Law after I was rear ended and my car was totaled. They treated me with nothing but the utmost respect and when it got tuff for a bit they were my advocate and made sure I was listened to and taken care of.
