Nothing but a big SCAM they do NOT do anything to help your credit score. They throw you for loops just to keep you around as long as possible

They texted me which is a clear sign they are a scam. They also call me out of the blue hang up and then wait for me to call them back. You can't ask them any questions like how did you get this number or how much do I owe on my student loans because they will instantly hang up. They don't want to help you they want your info. Btw I have never been to college and do not have student loans but they insist on calling me from different numbers every time. I think it's time to get the feds involved.

Paid for 10 months of so-called "service". Hundreds of dollars. Did absolutely nothing. Generic letters were sent on my behalf. Ok. Is it worth hundreds of dollars if there is no result for 10 months? No. Waste of hard earned money. Do not, under any circumstances, fall for their empty promises.

Any company that relies on purchased, auto-dial telemarketing should be avoided.

These guys get referrals from robocallers. I know this because I listened as the spoofed robocaller handed off the referral to a very enthusiastic counselor. I called them back later from a different number and let them have it. They claimed ignorance and said they cant control that. It was in the same tone as Hillary's "wipe it..? What, like with a cloth?".

I used Lexington law as few years ago after being recommended by a friend. It's really expensive and I honestly think that it should be considered only if your credit is horrible. My issue was one of my credit scores improved but my transunion score declined and not just by a point or two but like 20 points over the course of using them. I called several times and ask them why my score was decreasing so much at one agency but the other two one improved and the other stayed the same. They could not answer that for me, it's kind of like they avoided the question and didn't even acknowledge I was asking them. I canceled my service and worked on repairing my credit myself and now my scores are all about even and pretty good. It's stupid if one of your credit scores improves but another one declines to a bottomless pit your still going to have bad credit.

Use them for a quick fix, then get-out - FAST. After a few months they consider sending a Text as looking out for your best interest - What a Scam. Their interest is in your Fee, not your credit score. Smooth talking sales - stay away.
