I would leave zero stars if possible. Dealt with this company for several months to resolve a legitimate credit issue however they did nothing I couldn't do myself without minimal effort. They were unable to resolve the issue or provide me with any documentation whatsoever that they provided any services they claimed they provided. The credit bureaus actually provided me direct information showing me that Lexington was NOT providing me the services they claimed while representing me, rather than milking me for further payments and dragging out the process unnecessarily, so I canceled the service. They tried to offer me same services for 15% the cost after I wanted to cancel. I declined because their service wasn't even worth that. After that they said they will continue to charge for an additional month at full price while NOT providing any services. That is their policy, even though they charge upfront to perform service, they charge additional month at cancellation without providing any. I gave this company every opportunity and benefit of doubt to provide any legitimate service yet they couldn't. Avoid them like the plague, do minimal research and do it yourself. You will have better results and save alot of money.

Honestly save your money write challenge letters and sign up with something like Credit Karma... My wife and I both were with Lexington Law, for quite a while and I've done more removal work on my own than they did by far. Save your money and do the stuff yourself.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I have a BK on my report and if you look at any credit websites, that can account for a 150 to 200 point drop. In four months they removed 13 minor items that actually LOWERED MY SCORE!!! I started with a 580 and am now a 532 on Experian. They only hope that the creditors don't respond to their letters, but in todays electronic age they always do. This is from a chat with Lauren B. "Please know, Lexington cannot guarantee and you are not paying for a particular credit report outcome or result; you are paying only for Lexington’s efforts on your behalf. The Bureaus or creditors may not respond to initial or subsequent Communications and ultimately may decide not to remove items from your consumer credit files despite Lexington’s efforts. However, we genuinely care about our clients and want to do our best to help you realize your credit potential. We will remain persistent in challenging the negative items appearing on your credit reports." Look online for letters that you can use to dispute your items. I'm sure that the creditors know these guys and toss theirs in the trash can. Take your wife to dinner with the money you save from this scam. Also read some of the positive reviews, they sound like they work for the company.

THIS IS A SCAM! TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Was supposed to cost a total of $99 once a month for me and my husband. First charge came through for $150 and two weeks later they are trying to charge us $200. When we called billing center it said you will be billed another $200 in two weeks. I was clear regarding our financial situation - over whelmed with doctors bills. Eating eggs for days at a time. How the F would theu expect us to pay $400 a month. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

I recommend this company to anybody with terrible credit! They removed 65% of my items! I had 42 in total! All within 5 months! They only thing I don't like is they don't challenge your inquiries! Other than that there are really good! Remember it takes time people!!! But the wait is worth it! Nothing good happens over night!

This is the best thing I have even done! My credit score in the last two months has gone up almost 100 points. They keep me informed of what they are doing and every time I talk to someone they are so nice and accommodating. You won't regret giving them a call, because they have the best pricing out of all the places I looked into.

So a law firm uses SHADY and illegal means for business. You get call from a 'secret' company on behalf of this law firm, on your DoNotCall listed number= ILLEGAL. Shame On You. Wish you bankruptcy!

Unbelievable that this company exists in our country. Why isnt our government protecting us from companies like this. They helped ONE person and that's it. Cant truly help your credit. Like the other reviews state they make you think they are sending stuff and working hard for you but they are NOT. In fact my credit score actually went down. Paid for over 7 months and nothing!!! I would only recommend this company to someone you hate! Never again. They lie about what they will do. Watch out!!

Worst worst worst!!!! I was with them for over 7 months. I had few late payments 0 collections. They promised me it takes few months to remove them. For over 7 months they couldn't change anything!!!! They did not start working on my account until after two months, third month they emailed me saying Experian never released my info to them. All the mails that they were sending to the credit bureaus were coming to my address because they were sending to wrong addresses. When I called them they kept saying that they are working on it and I need to be patient, And they are always rude, they talk to me like it is my fault that nothing is changing on my credit history. Spent over $700 for nothing. Never contact them with anything. Don't be lazy contact credit bureaus yourself, it will be faster and way cheaper. That's what I learned for $700.

horrible experience! they were charging my card for different things not explained over recording or in papers needing signature! ... called to speak with "unprofessional" supervisor about problem and she kept speaking over me very "ghetto".. oh yeah and ive only been with them for 2 weeks ...... money money money !!!!
