This company is intensively spamming!

This company does do some good. I have had movement on my score. Late payments have been removed but no movement on the hard inquires as promised. I have spoken with customer service but still no movement. This is a concern for me as these items do impact my score. Hopefully this will be addressed, if this changes I will update. Another issue is that I just got my wife got my wife to sign up and she could not get the discount on the first month no explanation was given outside of the 3 day limit. Outside of these items the service is decent.

I would not recommend Lexington Law to anyone... Do the work yourself and save yourself the money... They do very little to help build your credit back up... Depending on the level of service you sign up for, they will only send out 3 request a month,,, and they NEVER FOLLOW UP with their request to the creditors... You might as well toss your money into the toilet... Good Luck

They use a fake front number to robocall people's cell phone numbers THEN ask if you want to be taken off of their list. I reported them to the FCC and Do Not Call complaint website. Stop calling people on their cellphones using outbound robo dialers.

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Terrible experience with this company. This is my first review written on any service or business, but I felt as though I had to because of the extreme waste of time and money. I used Lexington to attempt to erase a 30-day missed payment. The company stated that I should receive a response in 30-60 days; when the 60-day deadline was met, I received no phone call, no message, just a notification that the same letter was re-sent. When I called to cancel, all they offered was to spend MORE money on another service, when the nearly 400$ I have spent for ONE unfulfilled request was wasted. Horrible service, horrible company, terrible investment.

Absolutely horrible service. Hour plus hold times to speak to a human being. They have not performed any of the tasks the sales person said they would when they took my money.

A major rip off! I called multiple times and never could speak to anybody. Held today on my lunch hour for the entire hour and got no response except to listen to the stupid recording for an hour. Sent multiple emails, nothing. Tried live chat, again nothing. Finally after 9 attempts I got through and canceled this service just to be told I'll owe another $50.30 which they will steal from the card on file. $14.95 for the first give days, then they took $119.95 on 3/28 which was supposed to cover everything until 4/28, but today is 4/10 and they are theifing another $50.30! OMG people, what ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NOTHING BUT DISHONEST JERKS HERE. I've damn sure learned an expensive lesson. Shame on you for feeding on poor people.

After joining my phone was programmed by Lexington to a do not answer line, how do I know this; I do not call a lot but needed help with charge off accounts and 4 bankruptcies. I needed to find a place to live and was denied each time because of it. I decided to contact Lexington about this and was greeted by a recording that states we are with other clients and will take 5 minutes to answer your call at least 4 times, the last time I was on hold for 2 hrs. before hanging up, other times about 30 to 45 minutes. Realizing that this could be a tactic to not take my calls I called back using another phone and the call was answered immediately. They got some removed from my credit but not what is hurting me

They used to be good but now they have "paralegal" agents treating clients like garbage. I hired them a few year back for 2 years. I paid about $2000 for full 2 years. Now a few days ago me and my mother decided to sign up with them. But my mother needed my help to translate for her while in the process of helping her with her credit which we called and some woman answers very low i dont wonna work attitude". She was very disrespectful to me and my mother cause she doesn't speak English and she never used a computer or the Internet they were THREATENING to HANG UP the phone if she won't verify her EMAIL address. My mother should not be treated like this. We BOTH Cancelled our membership with Lexington Law and we did it because this Agent made me not trust this compay anymore . There are alot of companies out there for much cheaper. Stay away!

I love this company been with them on and off five yrs now and been with them 3 mon now and had a lot of unwanted items removed
