I called them to get a simple answer about their services, a yes or no question. The girl on the phone got hung up, clearly did not know the simple answer and instead of getting the answer from her supervisor or co worker etc. she just repeated the same sentence over and over and over. She was reading from a script and someone was whispering to her to "ask again, ask again!" so she would repeat the same one sentence again without ever answering my question! Sad because I had my debit card out and I was all to ready to give them my $119 for ONE month... Glad I got an idiot on the phone because it looks like the rest of their staff isn't any better!....

I signed up on 2/13/17 and was told I could cancel. I tried to get in touch with these scam artists and could not do so and could not cancel my account. I got up at 6:30 am today to call waited on hold for OVER MINUTES. I got a rude woman on the phone who refused to refund my money and tried to pacify me with a 40 dollar refund as a COURTESY! NO way...I wanted to cancel and they purposely don't answer there phones or get back to you so that they can charge your card 100 dollars every month! Even the online chat makes you wait. SCAM ARTISTS. Then the nasty lady hung up on me because I wanted a refund a FULL one and a manager. I have called my card company to dispute. By the way they wanted to charge me 100 dollars because they sent out 3 letters! If they would ANSWER their phones I would have cancelled WAYYYYYY before. They are rip offs.

I paid $89.99 and just started with Lexington on February 1, 2017 , but no results yet. I may cancel and be done with them all together. They say you can speak with an agent by email on the website but they do not respond. I have received no phone calls or letters.

So negligent! My last straw was that they sent a letter with another client's personal information including address and social security number to one of my creditors, which I ended up intercepting because of a bad address. Customer service chat representatives are rude and not helpful after the initial setup. Hardly any result after five months. Do not give your hard earned money to this company!

If I could give them less than zero Stars I would I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me and stop texting me they have not stopped I have been harassed by this company far too many times if it does not stop I will be getting ahold of the Better Business Bureau!!!!!

The liar John Heath did everything he could to drag on the case and show the commissioner and judge that he would not fight them no matter how ridiculous the rulings they handled down! Go somewhere else and you may have a chance!

Destroyed my credit even more never payed anything now they claim I owe them $1900 for devices I didn't even receive or want these people are total scamers and will only destroy your credit not fix your credit I'd give them zero stars if possible

If you want to be taken advantage of by fine print and be screwed, call them! They love to call fifty times a day, send multiple text messages and oh yea you can't reply to emails from them because they don't exist. Tried to cancel over email and apparently you can't do that, asked to speak to a manger and I think the girl just put me hold and watched you tube and told me no. Worst company ever, I would rather lick a McDonald's floor after a rush hour shift than use this company again.
