Horrible company. Complete waste of time and money. Spent almost 1,000 dollars and did not help my credit score at all. I do not see how they can live with charging people $100.00 a month to send emails telling you your credit hasn't changed. No one contacts you from their company to help advise you what to do and then you still have to pry information out of them. If I could do all the things necessary to fix it I wouldn't be paying your dang company. I hope people read this and that it saves them a lot of time and save them from wasting your money.

I have been paying lexington for 6 almost 7 months now and my credit score has actually gone down and NEVER up! There is only two things on my credit one from 2009 and the other 2010. I've never been contacted by them to ask questions about my credit issues when my husband was contacted at least once a week. I am completely dissatisfied with these services and have no other choice but to fire them. If you do not have much on your credit, I'd advise you to not waste your time or MONEY! It's not worth it to only see your credit score drop after almost 7 months...

They did a good job for me. Alot of old stuff on my credit record that they were able to remove. Would have gave them 5 stars but they were not as quick as i would have liked them to be. I would recomend.

Worst credit repair experience ever. They drag out the process to increase the monthly recurring fees. When you call and talk to them they can never provide answers to your questions about correspondence from the credit bureaus

Lexington law does exactly what they say they will do. They do spread out the diaputes over time but it clearly says they will do so on their website. Obviously you should read about their services before signing as they can't fix all situations. Also contrary to what another review says they can dispute items on all three major credit bureaus.

Don't get me wrong they did get some items removed, however they purposely take their time so they can suck more money from your bank account! My husband called to cancel our services last month and was told that both of our accounts would be cancelled, well mine didn't get cancelled and were we charged another $100. I called in and spoke with someone who states that my husband couldn't have cancelled my account that it would have had to be me to make that request, I explained that I was sitting right next to my husband when he made the call to them last month and heard him ask if both our accounts would be cancelled and he was told yes. The representative I spoke to was not pleasant and argumentative saying that we wouldn't have told him that because of privacy...blah blah blah..., she said they could pull up the conversation that my husband had with them last month to prove that, I requested that they do listen to that conversation because if they had told him that I needed to cancel my own account I would have done that last month while he was already on the phone with them. RIP OFF!!!!

All they care is about them getting paid but won't help the cause. They didn't do anything to improve my credit. I suggest you go look somewhere else

I signed up for 6 months of credit repair with them spent around $500 with them. Absolute waste of money. They have no special tools or ability compared to a fly-by-the-night credit repair company. They do the same things that everybody else tries to do which is to keep sending generic credit validation letters to the creditor and collection agencies. And creditors are used these letters and aren't dumb either. So, the creditors keep sending generic letters back asking for reasons/documents for the dispute. The cycle goes on for 6 months with little success. Randomly, a bank doesn't reply and you may see a record or two eliminated from your record. That is the name of the game. They are a law firm, but no lawyer will be handling your case. It is all copy and paste. One kudos to them is that they were professional in their dealing. You could always get somebody to answer your phone. But again they have no special ability to remove anything from your record.
