As someone who has worked in a government office taking calls from constituents, I am APPALLED at the unprofessionalism of this office. People rarely pick up the phone, and when they do, they're very condescending. These employees need better training.

They are extremely helpful and pointing me in the direction that I needed to go to brush through the cases that I needed to pursue in regards to felony fraud federal fraud and getting people aware of what is happening with a certain local salt lake City area resident. They consistently helped throughout the process and are continuing to help during the process to make sure that everything goes according to the law. I am a 56 yr old handicap individual. I've tried in vain to get one agency to start a criminal investigation after I had every law that was supposed to protect me violated and during my first Amtrak trip this and the asst. Conductor assulated and threaten myself and a group of others. Once I arrived in Salt lake city I was assulated by another Amtrak employee. I thought that being handicap was going to be a chore but I never ever thought that I as a person have been labeled and violated in the same day by a respected passenger carrier.
