Great people good lawyers

Son muy amables y profesionales.

We went in for the consultation but they didn't help us . Never called us back for another appointment . I heard from a family member that the same day they had their consultation they took their fingerprints and made another appointment now they got news from the lawyer that they're going to get their papers . Terrible lawyers only help who they want to help.

Overall, my experience was okay with this office. I felt that my process went smooth because of Joe and how well he prepared me when I left to my immigration interview in Juarez. I got my green card and came back to the states to finally live my life in peace. Other than Joe, the other lawyers didn't always know what was happening and misplaced paperwork sometimes. The front office staff, paralegals, and other office staff were sometimes not professional, always answering personal phone calls in front of clients, flat out saying no to things and not professionally giving you a reason why, and it was sometimes impossible to get through to them on the phone. If I recommend a family member or a friend to this office, it will only be because of how fantastic Joe is.
