Put your mind at ease! Jory is simply the best in the bankruptcy field. I called several attorneys to find someone suitable for my case. I have a few complications so I wanted to make sure I hired someone who could help me. After talking to 5 or more different law offices. I am grateful one of the attorneys recommended Jory. Per that attorney, I had a more complicated case and Jory would be the best person in this field to help me. It turned out to be true. Jory is knowledgeable, experienced, and answered all my concerns clearly. I never needed to worry even when I had extra investigations. Jory's fees were average. He was not the most expensive or the cheapest, but he was the best for sure. I recommend anyone with a simple or complex case to hire Jory because it is important to take care of legal matters with someone who knows what they are doing, gives good advice, and not make any mistakes or drop the ball along the way.

Jory and his assistant were there for us every step of the way. Not once did they make us feel ashamed of needing a bankruptcy. They were always available to answer our questions and I feel they actually went above and beyond what I expected.

I recently visited with Jory for a free consult that lasted 90 minutes. Not only was he non judgemental, kind, and funny, (which is an unusual quality for a professional attorney), but he was so very thorough, drawing diagrams, explaining how credit unions work when you have loans and checking accounts and other accounts within one credit union. He explained that my certain credit union is very tough on bankruptcy, and having my husband as a cosigner would greatly affect my partner. As I certainly qualified for bankruptcy, I went home after our meeting and crunched some numbers before making a decision that I'd like to honor my signatures with CU, deciding against filing, realizing that I had one particular CC that had a low balance but a high monthly payment, and in paying that card off, I'd greatly lower my monthly payments, making it more feasible to continue making payments, and reducing the need to file a bankruptcy. Jory was a blast to speak with, and I walked away with so much more knowledge than I did going in to meet with him. He has been in this profession for over 35 years plus, and is a well respected attorney in this platform of practice. He is down to earth, easy to speak with, and if I do perhaps find myself in a pickle with my decision, he would be the first and ONLY attorney I would call for help. He doesn't do payment plans, and he explained to me that if he did, it would make him one of my debtors. I had never thought of it like that, therefore telling me that he is a man and attorney of honor. There are a lot of bankruptcy sharks out there, trust me, I did my research. Many speak of payment plans, etc. However, that is BAD PRACTICE on their parts. Please, if you find yourself in a dire situation where you need some financial relief, and choose to take the path of bankruptcy to lighten the load of heavy financial debt, or medical debt, make Jory your first and ONLY call. I honestly feel bad for taking up so much of his time without paying him, as it was a free consult, but in speaking with him about my ultimate decision, he was very gracious and kind, in no way whatsoever trying to make me guilty or bad, and was supportive and empathetic to my decision. He thoroughly explained both Chapters 7 and 13, and I walked away with a FULL understanding of both, compared to being rather ignorant of a chapter 13, seeking a 7. He takes his job very seriously, and is very good at it. I've read reviews, and understand he is a well respected bankruptcy attorney, in a field that makes many people feel rather uncomfortable. Please take the time to visit with Jory. I can see that he truly cares about his clients and their financial well being, seeking to assist them in a matter that can be a very difficult time. Much respect and appreciation to you, sir. From the heart. I'm definitely glad I came across him in my search for an attorney. My wish is that this review will compel others in a financial situation to call him. You will NOT regret it. This is a man who truly knows his law.
