Kyle Witherspoon has a brilliant legal mind. But what makes him such an excellent attorney is his ability to vigorously represent his clients with a compassion and humanity that many other lawyers lack. In every instance where I have brought a legal matter to Kyle, he’s done exactly that while achieving great results. I was introduced to Kyle Witherspoon through a family member. I live out of the state but the issue was involving someone in Utah. Of course this added another layer of work and representation, but he and Katelyn Kendall were always very responsive, worked with me to answer my questions and keep me informed of the process. They were always very professional and I would definitely use them again. You will be in good hands if you use Kyle and Katelyn.

This one star review is for PGAL, Sam Sorensen. Overcharged for rediculous items, and added no value. Minimal effort to collect a check, and poor judgement. In the end, God knows. Thank heavens for Anna Trupp, our custody evaluator. She came through for us in the end. Think about a custody evaluator over a PGAL, is my recommendation. Especially if you have parents on the other side involved in various versions of substance abuse. It’s not just clients that feel this way, it’s attorneys in the industry that see his lack of effort, as well.

Kyle and Katelyn are amazing. They are straight up people who will get to the point and work their butts off to get you success in whatever you are going through.
I chose them because I heard that they give dads a fighting chance and they did exactly that, helping me every step of the way.
If you’re on the fence about who to choose. I would personally suggest having one consultation and you will see why they are right for the job. I can’t thank them enough.

I will be forever grateful I was referred to Kyle Witherspoon to handle my families legal issues. I would give him 6 stars if possible! I met with a handful of other attorneys before coming across Kyle and he was hands down the best by far! He made me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of the moment I met him. He goes above and beyond and always make sure I am taken care of. Going forward he will be the only lawyer I trust having next to me in court, I would not want to be on the other side of him!

I want my money back. Your recommendation was worse than useless. My kids were directly harmed as a result. I want my money back for
The consultation, and if you are still referring people to Nathan Wall, I would reconsider the impact it has on your reputation. A trained dog would have represented me better than him. I wasted 3 months of valuable time and over $7,000 on Nathan Wall.
I want a refund and an apology.
