Kyle Witherspoon is a genius!! He's quick, accurate and handles high stress situations well. Divorce and custody matters are highly emotional. I had to file emergency orders regarding my children and Kyle handled the matter immediately, professionally and was able to clearly explain my options, as well as any pros or cons that could arise with each option. Most importantly, through Kyle's knowledge and expertise, he was able to calm the situation....at least for me. I would not want to be on the other side of Kyle but that's now my ex-husband's problem. If you find yourself in a divorce situation and/or custody dispute, you NEED Mr. Witherspoon on your side.

Just want to say that these guys are the best! They helped me through a difficult divorce and to get custody of my daughter. If the lawyers were unable to respond as fast as normal, then Jen would confirm that my email was received and tell me when to expect a response. I don't think any message was ever lost in the shuffle or call unreturned. Dedicated Even though I knew they had other clients, I always felt like I was their only client when I was with them. They were dedicated and aware of my case. When I would talk to the lawyers, I always felt like they were focused on my case and making sure it continually progressed. Organized They were so organized. At court sometimes the judge would ask a question or want a document. My lawyers were able to quickly look up their notes or pull out the document. Not only did I appreciate their preparation, but it gave a favorable impression to the judge. Hard Working & Prepared Sam, Colby and Jen are all very hardworking and prepared. During our custody trial, a pivotal point was brought up, but we needed documentation. As long as we could document the claim, this item would go a long way in helping the case going our way. I knew the documentation existed, but I had forgotten to put it in my trial binder. During our lunch break, Colby said that he remembered seeing the document and spent his lunch looking for it. In the end Colby found the document. Unbeknownst to me, he had added to my trial binder. I was so grateful that he had taken the time to review my binder and was willing to do the extra work to make sure it was correct. Knowledgeable I only went against my lawyers advice 3 times. I regretted it each time. These guys will help you avoid pitfalls and make sure your short and long term interests are protected. Not only are they knowledgeable in the broad sense, but they kept abreast of my case and could talk about it detail off the top of their heads. It was comforting to know that my money was well spent. I really feel bad if you're reading this review because you need a lawyer. It probably means your in a difficult situation. But I can confidently tell you that Sorensen Witherspoon is the team you want on your side. Every time I think about how I got custody of my daughter, feel grateful for this team.
