I have ever met an attorney that is more dishonest with his billing and lazy with him work. This man should not have anything to do with kids at any point. He never contacted the kids even though he was ordered to do so. He very obviously showed a bias. Stay away.

We were so pleased with the way Sam handled our cases. He was professional, understanding and was always on top of things. We hope we never have to hire a lawyer again, but if we do - Sam is our guy. We recommended him to friends as well and they felt the same way.

Sam adequately prepared me for my divorce and custody battle. From the consultation to the signing of the Decree he was with me every step of the way. He was honest with how things could go and told me up front all the paths. Couldn't have asked for a better firm and attorney.

Sam handled my case with experience and attention to detail. The opposing party attempted to overwhelm everyone before/during/after trial with large amounts of incorrect/inaccurate information. Sam quickly processed the details and replied with calm and logical responses. At trial, the opposing party provided false testimony. During cross examination Sam provided documented information that exposed the lie. As the opposing party read the document aloud in the courtroom and then realized the contradiction in the testimony, there was an extended period of silence. This was a priceless moment. I am glad I documented everything and hired Sam.

From my very first meeting with Sam, to his presence at my mediation sessions, to further meetings to conclude my divorce case, Sam was extremely caring, smart, knowledgable and an excellent listener. His professionalism was top notch and I couldn't have chosen a better attorney to guide and support me throughout the process. Also, his legal assistant Amanda was on top of everything, so kind and always able to take my calls or emails when needed. Because of his worst experience still I am trapped with my case I have spent thousands on my case but he did not instead making thing worse for me. Please don't hire him for your case will be the wast of time and money

Going through a divorce, especially with children, is difficult and overwhelming. Sam and his team were professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and always kept my daughter at the forefront of all conversations. His paralegal, Amanda, is incredible. I would email or call obsessively with random (and sometimes crazy) questions. She was always so soothing and helpful. I really cannot say enough great things about this firm. All emails were responded to promptly and with questions answered. This is paramount especially during a custody dispute. Working with Sam was a great experience. Right from our first consulation, I knew that I had chosen the right lawyer. He is very quick to respond and was great about answering my questions. I was so happy to have someone with his knowledge, experience and expertise to make sure that my best interests, both short and long term, were first and foremost. Sam was great to communicate, but with a difficult and uncooperative opposing counsel it should have been recognized sooner that they weren't going to cooperate and were just using tactics to run up attorney bills. This should have been stopped sooner. (It was one of the first things my new attorney did when I switched.) Sam drafted the stipulation agreement regarding my children at mediation. It specified reunification therapy with an estranged daughter. Unfortunately, this is a disappointing piece of my decree that I've had to live with. It was written vaguely, making it difficult to enforce. With an already contentious divorce, Sam should have had the experience to know that there should have been deadlines put in place for choosing a therapist, as well as a recommended incremental increase in visitation if therapy goals were met. A year later, I am still estranged from my daughter and going through the court process to get visitation.

Sam is the most confident,efficient, HONEST, caring lawyer you could ever have! He fought for my legal rights with honesty and diligence. He had nothing but me and my children's best interest at heart in and out of the courtroom. I am grateful and with confidence can move forward knowing he is there whenever I need his help.

I could not be happier with my decision to hire Sam. He was recommended to me by a friend who had a similar experience. My divorce was initially going to be amicable, after I received paperwork from my now ex-wife’s lawyers, I was highly concerned (to say the least). I had never hired a lawyer before and had only heard horror stories from others. Needless to say I was nervous at our first meeting. That lasted about five minutes. Sam is a personable individual, he talked to me and not at me. He never talked above my head and everything was explained in detail in a language I could understand. He was upfront about potential costs depending on which route the divorce went, but in the entire dealings with Sam (over six months) I never felt it was about the money. I’m not kidding, I always felt like it was about me and the best outcome. He was calming and understanding when I got upset, and guided me when I was being unreasonable…or on occasion too reasonable (in an attempt to just get it over with). He never had me do anything that went against what I felt was right and never took the case in a direction I did not agree with. I cannot say enough about Sam, at our last face-to-face meeting, after everything was done, I thanked him for not being the stereotypical lawyer you hear about or see on TV. If I ever have another legal issue, I will go back to Sam. If anyone I know is in need of a lawyer, I will recommend him with confidence.
