After such great work that Siegfried did when I got into another accident I returned to them after 2 accident in the last Year i was pretty sore and i had to return to the hospital. I was in the process of moving and had promised to pay whoever can help me move and unpack. Siegfried got all my medical bills paid and i got some extra money to help pay the movers. I was injured in an automobile accident, a truck crossed into my lane resulting in a head on collision. Apparently this older gentleman decided it would be a good idea to drive while drunk and huffing. He was mistaken. I knew I would be unable to work for a few months. There would be surgery and medical bills. This was a new experience for me, from the accident report it looked as if the driver might not be insured. My insurance representative had told me I would be covered with my uninsured/underinsured coverage. He advised against getting a lawyer. I was worried about covering my monthly expenses while facing the unknown medical issues and cost. I did not want to make a decision on things without taking the time to study and make an informed decision. A lot of forms to fill, disability, medical, time pressures, etc. The only thing I am thinking is I am probably going to get screwed over, I don't know how all of this works, what my options are, I just want to heal and get back to work so I can properly support my family. Talking with a friend of mine who went through a similar incident he recommended Siegfried and Jensen. The biggest thing was it gave him time to heal instead of dealing with everything else. I set up a consultation. There wasn't any pressure, just an explanation of their process and what I can expect the law firm to do for me. I did not make a decision at that time. After a week I called back and got everything set up. Things got more complicated as they progressed. I was approved for in-network cost for surgery, then billed out-of-network prices. A "problem" with disability payments. The other parties insurance (he was insured after all, in the process of moving to a different insurance so he had coverage from two policies at the same time, neither wanted to pay) etc. Had I dealt with this myself, I would have been screwed over. It took longer to reach a settlement than I had originally thought it would. More problems and documentation than I would have thought. If this were to happen again, knowing what I know now, I would absolutely, without hesitation have Siegfried and Jensen on my side. Todd Bradford, Ryan Manning and Julie Halsall were great to work with. Answered every question I had. Helped me with things I needed to do. I felt they were actually concerned with my welfare rather than being just another number. Nothing but good things to say about this team.
