resh Jefferies went above and beyond to help help us with our case. it was a easy process. and when the at fault party's insurance company tried taking no fault he took care of it all

Excellent firm great experience horrible situation they assisted me to get through it as good as it possibly could be! My relationship with S&J was not a short lived one. It took over 4 years to reach a settlement but Jeremy Hendricks was amazing the entire journey. He was never annoyed by my calls and emails (which was sometimes daily) and always super quick to respond. And he always treated me like a friend instead of just a number. I went to see Siegfriends and Jensen to take care of my case. After, they contacted me saying they couldn't get hold of the other insurance at fault. I look up in the internet their info and found the information., I was doing their job! Also, I never saw my lawyer taking care of the case only the paralegal aids they had, and they verly response responded my calls!!!

After a crash we had tried to work with the insurance company to settle. When it became apparent that they would not deal in good faith we contacted Siegfried & Jensen. The attorney was late to the meeting. He was very condescending during the discussion, and kept saying things like “if we decide to take your case.” When I mentioned looking at other attorneys he berated me for potentially wasting his time until I pointed out that he was the one who kept saying if we decide to take your case. In the end we went with Fillmore & Spencer. Who treated us very well, and was able to get a very large settlement. Large enough I can’t mention the amount, insurance company, or name of the company that caused the crash. In short the condescending attitude of the Siegfried & Jensen ended up costing them a very large payday.

A car made a left turn in front of mine. The wreck totaled the other car, I've $20k damage to mine. My right hand was split open between my middle and ring fingers. I have permanent damage to my hand. But because my case wasn't a mucho money case, they told me I wasn't worth their time. RUDE, MONEY HUNGRY, UNCARING!! I found a lawyer who worked with me.
