Had a very positive experience using Siegfried & Jenson for my car being rear ended by a large truck. I was in an accident involving a US Air Force Vehicle. I was hurt and my car a loss. The US govern mentioned does not insure their vehicles, but choose to take care of claims though other channels. My insurance company didn't want to deal with the hassle of going through the long process to get this taken care of and left me holding the bill for it all even though the accident was not my fault. I had no idea how to navigate the process and I was dealing with being hurt. So I called SJ and they took care of everything. They were amazing to work with and always made sure my needs were being met. I could not have gone through the process on my own and I would have given up feeling like it was a hopeless cause. They too care of me.

McDonald''s in Salt Lake City, UT had an "ice pond" hazard from a broken dripping gutter. I headed out the back door to a friend's auto and slipped injuring my shoulder and separating my ribs. Although I had an eye witness, the franchise owner was denying any fault. S&J went right to work to get that franchise owner to pay for my emergency room and physical therapy expenses! They also tore that McDonald''s down and built a new one without a leasy gutter! Seigfried & Jensen are are very professional!

Great they did everything in their power to get me what I deserve and that's exactly what I got thank you guys for everything.

Siegfried was extremely professional with me. Even though my case was not a big one, he treated me like it was. He gave my little case all the time and attention he could, and he treated me like I was worth a million dollars. I was very impressed. J Hatch
