They were totally willing to have a representative come out to our home to get the lawsuit started. They were very accommodating in the beginning. In the end after they won the case here is what the attorney said about not being able to stay later in the day so we could come by and pick up our check "I leave at 5:00 and have other commitments. I can’t stay past 5:00." What a joke and very bad customer service!!! I would NOT go to them again!!! Very dissatisfied with their poor customer service. Once they have your money they're done with you.

Our attorney way Great. Communication by our legal team was excellent. Always kept us in the loop and called us with the stays of where our case was often.
However, the attorney fees and amount taken out of our settlements was a lot more than expected. About 50%, when initially we were led to believe (verbally) it would be around 25% however after reviewing the contract (we signed) it seems to be legitimate.
Nonetheless we were happy with the service we received.

don't let the one star fool you...it was a nightmare...I was lied to over and over..they did nothing but drag there feet all the way to the 4 year dead line and then turned around and told me I was stuck with all my doctor bills and lost time for a year off work...I did not receive one penny!!!and I didn't even loose my case it was because of them that the doctor bills did not get payed...DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS FIRM!!!!

DO NOT LET THIS ONE STAR FOOL YOU!!! This is the WORST company when it comes to fighting for your case. I have never been treated so poorly, ignored so many times, and pushed out of their office because they were "busy" even though I had called ahead and set up a meeting with them which I had to leave work to do. I wasn't even invited into his office. Find someone else to fight your case because they won't do it.

Great service and helpful, I wish they were even more in touch with the client thru the process. Usually we don't know what is the next step and the process is long so the anxiety will be less if they call you and give you updates. I understand each lawyer is working in lots of cases but for me as a client is my case what matters the most. Other than that good very professional and organized
