I have never written a review before so this is a first for me. After my accident I was told by more than one person that had hired an attorney that I wouldn’t gain anything by getting one. “They’ll drag it out forever and you won’t get much of a settlement.” I know they meant well but I don’t think they hired Siegfried and Jensen. If they had their opinion would be different. It didn’t take years, it only took a few months and they got me a bigger settlement than I ever anticipated. Ryan kept in contact and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they seemed. I am so grateful and thankful for him. It was definitely not a mistake to call them. It only worked out for the good for me.

It was very nice working with this agency. They handled everything, and kept us informed during the process. There were no concerns.

My accident took place last July and finally my case was settled today. The amount I got is more than what I couldn’t have gotten if I didn’t hire an attorney. The process was long but I didn’t have to do anything except going to get treatments. They handled all the paperwork which I’m really grateful for. The first two months after the accident was absolutely hell for me. I could only sleep 3-4 hours a day. My performance at work was significantly decreased. I was depressed and stressed. The pain and suffering were no joke. My attorney was Caitlin and paralegal was Jossiel. They stopped responding to my email towards the end which is a little frustrating. I called into the office and Nick (the adjuster?) said that he would be handling the rest of the work (attorney and paralegal were off the hook cuz they already did their part) which I think was the reason why I got no responses from both of them. Nick was attentive and tried his best to keep me in the loop. It was good service but I hope I never have to go through an accident again.
