Having been working with several paralegals over the past year and a half with not a lot of follow through, I finally received stellar attention from Amy. She has been the one that finally got things done for me. I would recommend this firm , especially Amy to anyone on need.

Mark and Chris took over our case mid way through because the defendants insurance company didn't think my kids deserved a proper settlement for their injuries. They were wrong! Mark and Chris were able to get the maximum allowable in our case. If we had questions, they either answered on the first call, or returned the call almost immediately and always had the answers to such questions. When they had information and or updates in our case, Chris would reach out with a personal phone call instead of just sending an email. That to me shows that they really care about their clients. I hope we never need them again, but if we do, I know I will choose Siegfried and Jensen again and request that Mark and Chris handle our case. Ken Wollenzein
