Ryan Christensen from Siegfried and Jensen helped us through the guardianship proceedings required so we can continue providing for our daughter with Downs Syndrome. He was an immense help navigating us through all the legal documents and during the court hearing. It’s great to have Ryan in your court (pun intended), when you’re going through a life critical event. He explained the process to our understanding and was very professional. Ryan and chase are the best very hard workers

It was one thing to get into a car wreck and be in pain.. Getting into a car wreck, in pain, as a single mom, going to school, working a full-time doing a fairly physical job, during a global pandemic while also looking for a home... This all juuuust about did me in everyone. The best choice I made was calling Siegfried & Jensen that next day. I cannot thank you enough Nick Foster for the work you do. You are my HERO! You are my kids hero. I could not have done this without you and my awesome legal team. Also a huge thanks to Resh Jeffries and Kaitee Kennedy. You are all my heroes. I was just praying that by the end of this I wouldn’t have any medical bills. The settlement return was way more than I could have even expected or thought was possible. Part of me wonders what I did to deserve it and then I remember OH YEAH, I got smashed by a car! Really though, these people know what they are doing and are extremely good in their professions. Nick, you are like a Jedi in working out negotiations with medical practitioners. Wow! Very impressive work. My wreck was right as the country and state began to shut down over covid and I was still able to receive treatments I desperately needed through this law firms connections and partnerships. One of the best decisions I made was calling Sigfried & Jensen the morning of my accident. With all of the stress, fears and anxieties that come along with these things, Brittnee was my rock! Not only did she help to understand all of this, Brittnee listened to all of my concerns and worries. And Judson is so knowledgeable and gets the job done! The money is great, but to know that you have people fighting for you who do actually care about your outcome and your future, made my whole ordeal less stressful.
