After being t-boned badly by a DUI driver, I didn't know what to do. I was hurt, scared, and very confused. There was so much information coming in that I was unable to process, make sense of, or retain. A friend recommended Seigfried & Jensen. After reading their reviews, I knew I needed and wanted them to advocate for me. I reached out and Taylor met with me that day. Taylor, Jacob, and Nick took control and guided me through the whole process. Getting me proper medical care, gathering documentation, handling correspondence with insurance, etc. This allowed me to focus on my recovery. Not once did they make me feel like my calls were annoying or invalid. They calmed my fears and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you team!
