Stephanie Jensen was very nice and honest. However, she is super passive and NOT who you want representing you on a criminal case. Her ability too plea bargain was so poor I knew I had to go to trial. I chose to leave her and go to trial using a public defender because she was so passive. The public defender got the entire case dismissed due to lack of evidence.

I've hired Terry Spencer a couple of times now and wouldn't consider any other lawyer for myself or for anyone that would ask for a recommendation. He's the best, he's worth every penny he charges and that's all there is to it.

Dr Spencer has a PhD in economics, has a long career in Family and business law and served as a Senator in the Utah legislature . Dr. Spencer and his firm has provided excellent representation to me, my family, my business and nonprofit interests for real estate disputes, contract negotiations, 501c3 IRS recognition, corporate board disputes and lobbying to the state legislature. I have been working with Terry on my sexual harassment case. And I'm impressed by how knowledgeable he is with the laws on harassment in the workplace. He's gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in opening up about these uncomfortable issues while letting me know my rights.

I am a board director for several nonprofits and have worked with Terry at first as a client then as a colleague on several public benefit projects. Terry works dillegently, giving his time To dozens of nonprofits benefiting low income seniors, local arts and culture, and other disadvantaged demographics.

This man is a very dishonest man. He will take your case, but, within the fine print is an interest rate of around 24% and compounds daily. How can this be legal to charge interest upon interest? Needless to say when I tried to sell my home there was a lien on my property for $9,000. I had no notification of this lien and was never notified that it was filed. How does a bill for $1000 end up being $9,000? Which I had to pay him directly so I could sell my home. How does an attorney do such things to innocent people? In my opinion this man should not be allowed to practice law.

This guy did a terrible job and then called to collect $1100 one time and sent no statements and charged a grossly high interest rate that I only found out about when I refinanced my home. Stay away from this guy as he will do a terrible job and then make all his money on the back end by charging obscene interest rates.
