During my two years of military duty I experienced injuries. After leaving the service in1968 I filed my first claim for disability compensation and additional claims over the years only to be denied by the Veterans Administration Late 2023 I decided to seek help by contacting several veteran's law firms who did not impress me. They mostly conveyed a "pass me on" to the next person system. Online I chanced upon " a veteran representing veterans". Derek did a fabulous job in assisting me with my decease husband benefit. I call upon him December 29, 2017 he responded. In 9 months or less I was able to receive 100% benefits from my Veteran husband. I was told even by the VA of Dallas and other experts in this field and work directly in claims benefits that since he was not receiving VA benefit at the time of his death his Widow ( Myself) was not eligible for benefits. Upon October 1, 2018 100% finances was placed in my personal account is presently continuing at this time Derek is the man.
