Had a great experience working with Paul Childs after we were in an accident. Due to the nature of our accident it was difficult to piece together what was going on at first. Eventually the smoke cleared and we got regular messages from Nola who did a great job talking us through the process. Thanks again guys!

We got into a "minor" accident but it had long lasting injuries, we were able to get all of my care over 18+ months covered and still settle, and they're still fighting to cover my husband's care.

Overall a good experience working with Nola and Paul. Communication was sometimes a little difficult and I felt out of the loop occasionally. Still a good experience working with Craig Swapp.

was in an auto injury accident, rear ended. severe whiplash causing neck injury. was referred to C. Swapp by a friend. I know right? everybody makes fun of ambulance chasers. But hey without them I fought the other parties insurance just for vehicle damages, and my own under insured injury policy offered me just $1000. Craig Swapp and his team, notably Kurt London settled with the other parties insurance for the policy injury max of $25,000 and my insurance for 75% of max on a significantly larger policy for under insured, putting a very large compensation in my pocket. we may laugh at these types of law firms and they may take a large chunk. however with out them I also would not have a large compensation. I was involved in a car accident where I was t-boned and my car was totaled. I didn’t think I was injured too bad at first and didn’t even consider hiring a law firm.
