I went to court to help support a friend and Spencer "Benny" Salcido was representing the other party. I felt bad for them because of how unprepared he was. I thought maybe it was just this case, but he was working on a case before us that we watched and it was the same situation. He was unprepared to handle both cases for the same reason it was a joke, not only that, but he upset the Commissioner because even he could tell he was unprepared. With as many lawyers there are in Utah, I would never give him my money to represent me based off what I saw in court. Save yourself time and money and find someone that has the time to prepare for your case and will keep your best interest in mind, because he certainly does not. After witnessing him in court I asked around to a lot of people and I found people who had also had bad experiences with him! Not only that, but his fees were higher then my friends lawyer that did a lot more work on the case. I would not recommend this law firm and Spencer "Benny" Salcido.

This firm is top notch. I have worked with several attorneys over the years for various transactions and this was the best experience by far. Their communication is timely and efficient and I felt like they respected my time. I also felt very fairly treated when it came to their billing. I've dealt with some attorneys in the past that seem to drag thing out so they could bill more. Salcido never did this and was very efficient. I recommend them to anyone looking for someone honest to help with their legal needs
