Great customer service and friendly staff!

I really appreciate everything that Craig Swapp and his team have done for me. They were very attentive every step of the way and although my case took a little longer than I had expected, they were still by my side keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. You can really tell they care about their people. My main communication was with Brad Anderson at the Sandy office, and let me tell you his attitude and work ethic really shows. He never sugar coated anything and was always very upfront and direct with me in a very kind and professional manner. I really appreciate you all and hopefully never have to meet under the same circumstances but if the unfortunate happens then I will know who to turn to. Thank You!

They helped me out so much, they couldn’t help me out all the way but that’s okay they gave all the details and everything I need to do to actually win my case. They couldn’t help me out cause the coverage was to low and like I said that’s alright. They really helped me and my family out and for that I’m very thankful for them!!

Everyone was so kind and they kept me up to date on everything. The best part is they communicate via texting if you want (which is best for me as I can text but not take calls during work.) They negotiated a really high settlement for me and their fees are so reasonable (I made more than they did!) Chad and Rosa really helped me when i was at a loss thinking i was going to go into debt with hospital bills and getting a new car after my accident. with my busy schedule it was nice that they did everything and only would contact me for pictures of whatever they needed and in the end i was given more then i thought! beyond grateful for all the help they gave me.
