You cannot do it yourself. It is not the Lawyers who cause the problems. If it was not for them the Insurance companies would get away with blue murder. I was hit by a vehicle while out running and the Insurance Company told me it was a $1000 accident. After several attempts at trying to do it myself my wife contacted Craig Swapp & Associates. Best thing that happened to me. Thank you to Stephen Redd, the Attorney and Shelley, his Paralegal. They did everything to help and kept me informed of everything that would happen. I was in a car accident on my mission and when I finished my mission and returned home, Craig Swapp & Associates helped me get everything in order. I was just the passenger in the accident and suffered from minor injuries but was taken to the hospital which resulted in lots of unwanted, expensive medical bills.
