Craig Swapp & Associates is the best company I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They did everything they could to get my case taken care of and that's exactly what they did! First I was really stressed out due to I've never had to deal with this type of situation in my life. So it was a first life experience and while it was taking a long time and not hearing anything back for while due it how long it all takes to get everything taken care of...I've always felt deep down it wasn't able to get taken care of. What I was most worried about due to this whole situation was my medical bills cause After the ambulance ride, hospital stay , surgery , doctor visits it all added up to be way much more then I could ever think of paying back and it was all already going to collections and effecting my credit. I knew this could effect my future in the most negative way possible cause I wasn't even able to get a credit card for $300 cause of how bad it effected my credit. Seeing the medical bills come every other day and me being able to barley get by with bills being paid and having money for gas was stressing me out more then I could ever feel in my adult life and it was just the beginning. beginning. Plus being a father and having to be able to support my daughter and make a life for her. But after about a year and a half on going back and forth with the lawyers and the insurance agency's... Craig Swapp & Associates were able to take my worry, stress, frustration all away over one phone call! ( One call..that's all. Hahaha ) My attorney Brett Benson and his Assistant Cynthia Vickers were the best! I couldn't of asked for any one better to work on my case!! They was able to get my medical bills taken care of and that's all I ever wanted! They were also able to get me settlement that I didn't ever expect and I couldn't thank them more!! The people that worked my case were the best. The ladies I spoke to when I came to sign were very friends and helpful! I would list there names but I forgot , however they were two Hispanic girls and they were great! I would definitely recommend Craig Swapp & Associates to anyone and especially to my family! I am so glad my sister told me about Craig Swapp & Associates for the car accident that I was in. My attorney Gregory Wright and his paralegal Amy Stocking have done and outstanding job on my case. They have far exceeded my expectations. It was a long journey, I had to have surgery on my shoulder followed by other complications. These guys do an incredible job. They are kind, compassionate and hard working. Sam and Bobby were just two of the representatives that worked on my case. They called me to check in on me. They made sure all my medical expenses were taken care of, and they went to bat for me on my settlement to make sure I was not going to owe anybody anything. They did an amazing job, they got me a fair settlement, and they worked hard to represent me after my accident, including calling me after it was all done to make sure I was recovered fully from my injuries.
