Chris took my case over about 1/2 way through and even though what I wanted was not able to be done 100% he did everything he could to get into a settlement I could feel comfortable with. He went through all my options and possible outcomes so there was no surprises in my decisions. Very thorough and detailed. Definitely a good choice.

With My case now complete I can say the team has been on top of things and always notified me with any new developments concerning my case.
