My experience at Craig Swapp was amazing. Specifically, my attorney Ken Farr and paralegal Alison Johnson we’re incredible to work with. They had great communication and I felt like they treated my case with importance. It seemed like I was their only case they were working on and that was amazing to feel that cared about. Ken and Alison really understood what was important to me and accomplished it. Couldn’t have asked for more kind and caring people to work with in such a stressful time in my life. I have no idea how these people are not in prison. They sent me to very shady dr.s, very shady loan companies, and that's only the beginning. After several years of being unable to work (still currently), the insurance company didn't come close to paying for the medical bills and I am still not fixed, Craig Swapp referred my case to a very small law firm. I will be in debt my entire life because of they're lack of commitment. I will never be able to afford the surgeries I need. Every attempt I've made to get continued help from them has been nightmare, with 1 of them even laughing at me for asking to continue the case until I was fixed. There's a limit to my length of review, however if any other law firms see this then contact me because I have plenty of knowledge and actual signed evidence from them showing exactly the filthy ways they conduct "business". I have proof from several different sources in fact, that I've kept throughout this whole process. Their only interest was to sew the insurance company for 50k. If I had been referred to real dr.'s, I'd have been fixed correctly and be able to provide for my family again. Instead of just an excuse for these horrible people to use to get there %30. Again i have extreme details, these people should be in prison, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT put yourself in the same situation by trusting these animals.
