I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them. I was in an auto accident in February all it took was that one call they came to me the very next morning Kurt B London and Paula Bustillo was right there with me every step of the way answer any and all questions I had worked hard. . I am very pleased with how they handled my case.. especially Paula she did what ever it took to make sure I got the medical needs taken care.. .. Dealing with insurance companies can be very dreadful. Especially after you've been in a car accident that caused injuries and the total loss of your vehicle. Over a year and a half ago, I was hit by an unisured motorist on my way to work. She was going over 55 mph while the rest of us was at a dead stop waiting for the salt trucks to cover the freeway. She hit me with such force that she bounced back and hit me again and hit someone else pushing them into me as well. I was turned facing the wrong direction on a one way entry to the freeway, my seatbelt broke, seat broke and turned facing the passenger side and was jammed under the dashboard. To say that I was frantic and in fear of my life was an understatement. After being released from the hospital and unable to walk the steps to my bedroom, I saw an ad for Craig Swapp and Assoc. on tv and thought, "What could it hurt".. I really thought I would get a run around (went through that in 1993 with another firm) but gave it a shot. Within an hour I had a returned call from an attorney who took my deposition over the phone, got all the information that I had available and he started working on my case. Throughout the entire ordeal, they have answered my calls, kept me in "the loop" of what the status was and even advised when a medical facility was not returning paperwork in time. I even got a call when the adjuster was on vacation to let me know, it was in the works but would take a few days for a response. Yesterday I got the call that it was settled and was told when I could expect my check. WHAT!! The accident I had in 93 was botched and mishandled by another agency from the start! That attorney's office NEVER followed through on anything, made me get copies of all paperwork, made me get all the reports and bills to them, NEVER returned my calls but would always call me when they needed something and the day before it was to go to court 2 years later, they pulled out of the case and told me to find someone else. (Not leaving a positive feeling about attorneys!!). When the new attorney took over, and settled the case for next to nothing they paid the previous attorneys their percentage before even paying off my car and medical bills. I was left with such a tiny sum that I wondered why I even bothered in the first place. Craig Swapp & Assoc not only met my expectations, they EXCEEDED them!! I had serious doubts that anything would come out of it and was afraid of having to do the legwork and appear in court as I had in 93. That was not the case. They took care of EVERYTHING for me! I will refer people to them as long as they are in business. I hate that they are even needed in this field, but with so many people under or unisured, they are definitely needed!!

I appreciate everything That Brad and Amanda did For me... It started off as a Very Tough situation But with the help from Craig Swapp & Associates it turned into a real Blessing!!!
