The gentlemen in this law firm are hands down. The best I have ever seen. They managed to get my ex the plea bargain of a lifetime. He was facing numerous felony charges that carried the lengthy-time sentences. He did 50 days of time served and received 36 months of probation in the state we live in! If you need a lawyer who can help you make the most of a bad situation this is the place. While it can be difficult to reach them they never failed to be there at the critical points and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication.

From a wife's stand point these guys are saviors, they have made it real easy for my husband to stay out and support me and my boys being I'm a stay at home mother and would be devastated if I lose my hubby for any ammount of time, he has always provided and even though he has hit a rough patch in life the gentlemen at rocky mountain defenders has eased my stress and anxiety alot . Thank you all so much for everything you have done for my husband and know your always be his or my first call when life takes us in an unexpected turn!!!

He is a good one when you need one

I would not recommend this lawyer for anyone that wants a lawyer that will help you win when you are 100% innocent and he won't even talk to one of your witnesses to get to the truth. In my case he got it reduced and thought that was enough. But if you are innocent and want to get to the truth then find a different lawyer then here because this guy does not care at all. He is not truthful with what he tells the judge Period. So if you want the TRUTH to be found then find another lawyer other then here.

They were not professional on keeping me updated and I had to go out of my way to reach them for an update. I paid good money for a service and I feel like they didn't do a good job . My incident was an accident and I feel like I would of had my charge drop but my lawyer decided to go with what ever the Prosecutor had in mind . I am not planning on getting to any trouble any time in the future but if I do I will not hire them to represent me and I advise for you all to go some were else .

Can’t say I would highly recommend nor would I say that I don’t recommend using Kevin and his team. Overall I think it was a waste of money and a public defender or just self representation would have done the exact same job and it would have been free. That being said I have not had a bad experience with anyone or any process of Rocky Mountain Defenders I just feel like they didn’t really do anything to help me. Kevin was there for 2/5 court dates and I had to reach out to the office for both occasions to have him get on the zoom meeting pushing me back and making my zoom court dates both well over 2 hours each. Kevin gave very little help in the negotiation process with the prosecution and just told me that it’s up to me but I should take the first and initial plea deal they were offering and obviously didn’t read my case or watch any of the footage from the incident. So with that, if you want representation just to take a plea in abeyance which you can get just by representing yourself then definitely worth the money.

I highly recommend this company. I got charged for a DUI case that is worth fighting for and I have been looking for the right attorney that fits my case needs. I called around to a lot of places and this company is by far the most helpful so far. This company is very informative and knowledgeable with years of experience. Before I even paid this company, I was helped with kindness and patience and walked through the beginning of my case process. I appreciate how informative they are and they even take payments over the phone after business hours. I look forward to working with this company and I am excited to see the results for the future. I chose Kevin for my attorney after reading great reviews. In the beginning he gave me hope that I would be able to fight my case. My case was dragged on for two years because of COVID. Towards the end, he basically made me feel like what happened was my fault and I needed to get it all over with. Zero sympathy and failed to answer my concerning questions throughout the time waiting. In the end result, I ended up paying over 2k just to be sentenced with everything that I could have possibly be sentenced with. I could have saved my money or spent it on an attorney who cared about their client. I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with his work. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone.

Kevin charged a very expensive retainer fee only to withdraw from my case before it was closed I wouldn't recommend his service to anyone that wants a reliable attorney. I gotta say I don't believe alot of the reviews are legit because I saw first hand
